Please make sure that the mute/lock button on the side of your device is in the off position. No sounds can be heard through 3rd party apps if this is enabled. This application was written for my son who is a cello player that needed an accurate application for tuning. It uses ACTUAL recorded cello notes and not generated sound effects. Playback options include Arco (bowing) or Pizzicato (plucking). Contains the basic tuning of C, G, D and A. Just push the button for the corresponding note. There are settings for playing one note with each click or a continuous loop with silence between to allow you to tune. Download with confidence as this app was created with iOS 4.2.1 in mind.
